World Cup QF/SF| Down to the Last 4

And then they were four! The World Cup is slowly coming to a frantic end, with the Semi-Finals kicking off tomorrow.

There have been alot of dramas in this competition, from the group stage and all the way to the Quarter finals.
We saw heartbreaking moments such as the tears of Neymar after Brazil were knocked out by Croatia and Possibly, a farewell match from Cristiano Ronaldo, who left his fans and nation, including himself in tears after Morocco knocked them.
As there were hurtful scenes, there were also jubilations, comebacks and history making events that occured.
Morocco became the first African country and the first Arab nation to reach the Semi-Finals since the history of the competition.
Youssef En-Nesyri's leaping headed goal against Portugal did not only seal their passage to the next round but also secured a grasping challenge against the current champions, France who beat England 2-1 to qualify.

Argentina were truimphant against the Netherlands on penalty shootouts but it wouldn't have led to it if they held on earlier.
The Argentines were cruising with a 2-0 scoreline with goals from Nahuel Molina and Lionel Messi but two late goals from Dutch Substitute Wout Weghorst took it to extra time and the rest, as we say, is history.

Croatia's Dominik Livakovic upped his game once again, this time against Brazil, making 11 saves in the match.
Unfortunately for the Samba Boys, he proved to be more stubborn on penalties too as he helped his team to secure yet another Semi Final spot.

The last time Argentina and Croatia locked horns was at the 2018 edition of the tournament group stage, where they lost 3-0 against them.
But as much as they want revenge, they will have to get past a dogged and rigid Croatia defense.

France will be hoping for two in a row but will have to handle a very stubborn Moroccan side, who, just like Croatia, have one of the best defense and Shotstoppers in the competition.
