Premier League| Summerville stuns Anfield with a late winner for Leeds

Leeds rallied together to pick up all 3 points against Liverpool, beating the Merseyside 2-1 at Anfield.

An early Joe Gomez error gifted Leeds the opener in the 4th minute, Rodrigo capitalizing to punish the Englishman.
Ten minutes later, Mohamed Salah got the equalizer for the Reds, meeting Robertson's delivery before steering shot left footed shot past Meslier.

Liverpool begun to take control of the game but Leeds remained in defense to prevent the runs of Salah and Nunez.

Brenden Aaronson had his shot rebound off the post before Alisson had to be on alert to deny Jack Harrison.
At the opposite end, Meslier was also kept busy as he denied Salah from grabbing a first half brace.
The second half didn't really hit as fast as the first, but chances kept coming as Patrick Bamford drilled his shot straight to Alisson.
Meslier was the most busy among the two, as the Leeds stopper made an outstanding 8 saves, keeping Liverpool at bay and making sure Leeds remained in the game.
Leeds eventually rewarded their keeper for his dedication in the 89th minute, as Bamford teed up Crysencio Summerville to tuck home despite the dive of Alisson, sending the away fans to a frenzy.
The whites held on to their lead to achieve their first victory against the Reds since the 13th of April, 2001.
