Barcelona will be looking to keep their qualification hopes alive when they take on Bayern Munich in Camp Nou.
The Catalans were relegated to the Europa League last season after coming up short against their German opponents, who were drawn in the same group.
With the likes of former Bayern man Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, and Ousmane Dembele, the club boosts their chances of causing an upset.
Bayern won the reverse fixture against the Catalans, with a comfortable 2-0 victory but still had to fight for it.
With qualification already secured, Julian Nagelsmann's side have nothing to lose when they play today.
Indeed, history has not been in favor of Barcelona when they clash horns with Bayern in the UCL.
In their last 8 matches, the Catalans have only won a single match, dating back to 2015, and have lost their last 7.
Their biggest humiliation against the Germans came in the 2019/2020 UCL quarter-finals, where they received an 8-2 trashing, their biggest EVER defeat in the history of the competition.
Luckily for the Catalans, there weren't any fans in Nou Camp, but they still felt the heart attack.
Some still feel the effect whenever the two clash.
A win will keep them as contenders alongside Inter Milan for the last group qualification spot, i.e if the Italians lose against Viktoria Plzen and a defeat however will condemn the team to another Europa League football for a second season running.
